We won’t tell you things just because you want to hear them, but we will tell you the truth. We will advise you, work with you and promise to make a difference. We don’t make ‘small difference’. Also, we don’t do misery. Pain is sometimes inevitable, but misery is always a choice. Warning: we have a bias for behaviours in everything we do. Others may ignore them in favour of processes or structures, but for us, there is no change of any kind unless there is behavioural change.
Our approach to Building Remarkable Organisations is a little different to typical consulting firms. We are a team of experienced practitioners who are also commercially grounded and thrive on sharing our knowledge and experience for the long term benefit of our client. It means no big teams of MBA graduates here or ‘land and expand’ strategies that commit you to very costly programmes that just seem never to end – and often don’t deliver!
We are the masters of short, high-impact interventions that address business critical problems of strategy, leadership, management alignment or innovation. We have condensed into one, high-intensity day demonstrable outcomes that traditionally took weeks or months of discussions, meetings and often frustrating processes. Our short interventions are potent, proven to work very well in companies large and small by rapidly accelerating results, and they offer an excellent return on investment. Above all, these high-value products have been created with the innovative practitioner in mind; people who want to use impactful new methodologies and tools that create successful outcomes less traditionally.
We call these interventions Accelerators because they work extremely well resulting in rapid team learning and immediate, practical implementation of new ideas.
ABOUT THE TEAM
DR LEANDRO HERRERO
Leandro Herrero is the ‘Chief Architect’ of projects for our clients. For many years he has been on a quest to create Remarkable Organizations. A clinical psychiatrist and academic by background, Leandro moved into the corporate sector taking up senior leadership positions in several multinational companies both in Europe and the US. His behavioural sciences background is coupled with his hands-on management experience. He co-founded The Chalfont Project Ltd from where he developed innovative solutions to organizational design, culture, leadership and from his large work with corporations he pioneered Viral Change™, the new global standard for large scale, peer to peer behavioural change. Leandro has written five books on leadership and change, is an acclaimed speaker and has a large community of followers of his “Daily Thoughts’ blog.
Co-Founder of The Chalfont Project and Senior Partner of Viral Change™ Global LLP (a sister company of The Chalfont Project), Caroline draws from an international career spanning 16 years within EU and US pharmaceutical companies where she held R&D and commercial roles. Educated in Ireland and the US, with both, scientific and business qualifications, she has consulted for over a decade to international blue chip clients in areas of leadership and change. Having worked abroad all her career, Caroline draws on an in depth understanding of diverse cultures, behaviours and team dynamics and runs Accelerators (Leadership tools to inject new thinking in teams and larger groups) based on the body of work of Leandro Herrero. Caroline leads the Certified Associate Programme for The Chalfont Project’s Accelerators (Disruptive Ideas, Reboot! and InnovACTions) which are available on licence to third party selected practitioners.
Akiro is a Venezuelan-Hungarian professional educated in Venezuela and in the US at Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. His academic background is in industrial, mechanical, and civil engineering earning two Bachelors and a Master in science. He has worked in areas of innovation management and technology transfer in Venezuela, the US, Spain, and the UK – managing clients in many more countries. Akiro is a very dynamic, fast thinking professional who brings a very fresh view of the world from his experiences as an expat; he fits very well with the global view needed to successfully run Disruptive Ideas interventions.
Dominic Keohane has an extended and comprehensive career in the corporate world and consulting in the areas of OD, HR and L&D. In his consulting assignments, Dominic has served both the public and the private sector. He is a senior and dynamic people and change professional with very diverse and versatile experience, supporting change process and workforce transformation.
Dominic has experience in many markets from Finance to Media and has worked on global transformation throughout his career. A believer in leveraging the social and community aspects of human behaviour to foster a collaborative approach to change and success..
