		<description>I thoroughly enjoyed reading this.  It&#039;s refreshing to see these concepts laid out so succintly and I&#039;m looking forward to reading more.  
It is sometimes difficult to put these kinds of ideas in a manner that bridges the gap between the understandings and expectations of the &#039;social media generation&#039; and more conservative business approaches.
