Leandro Herrero
Leandro Herrero practiced as a psychiatrist for more than fifteen years before taking up senior management positions in several leading global companies, both in Europe and the US.
He is founder and CEO of The Chalfont Project Ltd, an international consulting firm of organisational architects. Taking advantage of his behavioural sciences background - coupled with his hands-on business experience - he works with organisations of many kinds on structural and behavioural change, individual and group leadership and human collaboration.
Leandro Herrero has pioneered Viral ChangeTM, a new and unconventional methodology to create fast and sustainable change in organisations.
Other than his medical and psychiatric qualifications, he holds an MBA and is Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Directors (UK). He is also a member of the Advisory Board at the Operational Research Department (part of the new Department of Management) at the London School of Economics.
As a consultant, speaker and author, Leandro Herrero is at the cutting edge of modern organisational development. He has published several books, among which The Leader with Seven Faces, Viral Change, New Leaders Wanted: Now Hiring and Disruptive Ideas. A second edition of Viral Change will be available in the summer of 2008.
